Hornets G Eric Gordon likely to sit out WEDS at Cavs. Hornets having trade talks with Warriors centered on Gordon, reports Times-Picayune.

Remember this is not Sam Amico reporting this, this is the newspaper down in New Orleans reporting that Eric Gordon is probably going to be sitting out due to the trade talks and if you sit out a player in my opinion a deal is closer to being made than not. Wonder who Warriors will be giving up for Gordon.

Klay Thomspon will be involved in any deal. Golden State's potential unwillingness to include him in a deal will be a reason it falls through.

BUT if New Orleans is willing to take Richard Jefferson or Andris Biedrins (player options for 9 and 11 mil next season) as opposed to Jarret Jack and other pieces, than we're looking at a done deal. No reason they would ask for Jack back after dealing him. Vasquez is doing fine.

Bad, bad trade if it happens ... for Warriors.

They already have one injury-prone guard in Step Curry. What do they want Gordon for? Klay is doing just fine. They also have Barnes, who is another scoring machine (or can be) I don't understand this trade one bit.

If the Warriors give up Klay, boy are they stupid.

Don't see the Hornets asking for Lee nor do I see the Warriors giving him up. Don't see it being Curry.

Maybe Barnes and other pieces? Idk but it seems like Klay is the guy.

Wow, seems like Warriors already have Gordon's skills in place in the form of Thompson, Curry and Barnes. Not sure what they are doing?
