Kobe Bryant: "Passing takes precedence."

After the All-Star game, @kobebryant said he needs to be both a facilitator & a scorer for LAL, but passing “takes precedence.”
Interesting perspective. Then again going 8-4 in our last 12 with him doing that is probably the best way to go.
However we need another shooter on this team like a Webster if possible. The reason is because we have too much weight on this team due to injuries. We got 0 lists and DNP's across the board cause of our injuries and players that aren't ready or can't play.
On our bench we have 4 people that will never see more than Garbage time. 4!
Duhon, Morris, Ebanks, Sacre, and then we have two injuries, Hill and Gasol.
So that's 6 people pretty much unavailable for us. 6.
We have 14 roster spots taken up and 6 aren't going to play. This is an issue when you have six zeroes across the board every game due to people being injured or not being good enough.
So if Kobe is going to be the main passer we need to get rid of some of that weight
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

If we're not going to do that then start making moves for pieces we have a little bit more use of.
Cause being one of the oldest teams in NBA, Playing the FAST PACE system and no BENCH-guys to fill in then were just torturing ourselves.

The whole team wants to be spoon-fed. No wonder... story of Kobe's life. SMH.
Has been since Shaq was here.
And honestly, can't be any other way unless Chris Paul was here.
