Wow Minnesota sure is stupid. Kirilenko misses a wide-open 3, then proceeds to foul Barnes at half court with over 30 something seconds left down by 2. Then they fail to get the rebound on the second missed free throw, still have time on their side, and make another quick stupid unecessary foul. They're lucky they're still in it, but they deserve to lose.

Minny got a rebound with about 7 seconds left, and rather then call a timeout, Luke Rhindor drove the length of the floor to miss a layup

I should add this to my list, YET ANOTHER stupid move by Minny, which why they DESERVED to lose this game. Unbelievable. Even more absurd that a Rick Adelman-coached team would make these kinds of absolutely STUPID mistakes.

Jarret Jack has given the Warriors a huge shot in the arm, each of the last 2 games they usually fall apart late in the game instead he has willed them to wins. They werent supposed to be this good. Theyre winning games theyre supposed to lose and they finish the season with like 16 out of 22 at home. Not lookin good. This Warriors team was trailing by 15 early today in the 1st Q theyd usually pack it in

Not surprised by Jack. Some say this has been his best season, but he's always been solid in my eyes on every team he's been on. That's why I have him my my list: http://lakernation.c...20#entry1297589

The more Minni loses the bigger chance we have of getting Love in free agency!

Jack willed the Warriors to victory...

Green taking that offensive rebound from the Warriors in the last 40 seconds was heartbreaking to watch...

It must be horrible everytime Minny plays GS...
And they think to themselves... We could have had Rubio and Steph Curry. but they went with Johnny Flynn

Is Johnny Flynn even in the league anymore? Also, doesn't some dude on this forum actually want him on our Lakers badly?

It is just his coaching style... he trusts his players, he does not micro manage...
It was a semi-fast break, most of the time, that favors the offense...

it was a calculated risk.. and im sure he would do it again

That's a situation where you may want to micromanage. And its where "trusting your players" could be costly.

Remember when mike Brown called a time out In a similar situation and everyone on this forum was on his case? Despite us coming out of a time out with a set play and winning people hated that he called the time out and played it safe? Which we won because of.

Well you just saw the opposite and bash Minnesotta for not calling a time out.

Either one can come in handy as long as the end result is a win.

Yeah but with the KIND of personnel he has on this team, not to mention injury-depleted and lacking serious quality shot-creators, I seriously think they would've been better drawing up a play with a far superior creator in Rubio with his hands on the ball making a decision.

Minny has FOUR Point guards and ZERO shooting guards...

They do not have a Kobe to draw up plays for, they had a good chance with that fastbreak...

In the press confrence, aldmen basicly said he would do the same thing again.

It is what it is, but I was thinking have Rubio penetrate maybe draw some defenders, kick it out to Williams (put him in the game there cause AK sucks balls from deep) for the 3 or long jumper, or find Pekovic around the rim, etc.

Anyway, it's beyond that though, I hope you read my other post that talked about the several STUPID fouls they made late in the game that basically showed they didn't DESERVE to win this game anyway.

Being down only 2.5 games from 8th, it really makes me despise those losses versus teams like Phoenix, Orlando, and Cleveland earlier in the season without Irving.

Minnesota doesn't deserve to win many games, and they get what they deserve on a regular basis. They have basically no team, no plan as a franchise, and are pretty much lost other than getting Garnett and Love (who will leave the next chance he gets)

One of my good friend is a Minny fan, and he gave up on the season when the T-Wolves were 16-16...
Back when they had a better record then the Lakers...

this times 100million (dr evil voice)

Kobe and Randle led Lakers lead the team to a 32-50 record. the Lakers select Myles Turner with the 5th pick.

Well Golden State lost today. We are now 5 1/2 games back. They play the Knicks in NY tomorrw and at Boston on Friday. Two tough games for a team that is not necesarrily great on the road. They also have games remaining against teams like Houston (twice), Knicks (twice), Portland (twice), Chicago, Spurs (twice), Jazz, and OKC. Oh, and we play them twice before the end of the season.

I wonder how good Indiana is...
What their ceiling is?

Meanwhile, good to see GS lose, but it doesn't matte if the lakers don't win 80%+ of their games from here on out
