Yeah you know Kobe heard what MJ had to say about LBJs weakness because that was a picture perfect example of it. For me the things that will always separate Kobe from LBJ are his competitiveness, work ethic, skill level and IQ which are far superior to LBJ. Also did everyone see the cool all star jackets the players had. Damn Kobes looking like a 5 star general with all his badges on his lol.

i disagree, past few years, kobe-lebron-wade-durant..these guys take the finish of the game quite serious,

these guys are competitors..and this game might be all fun and games for most of the all-stars, but the superstars like kobe and lebron...especially lebron, remember how sad he was last year when he didn't take the shot for the win and passed it up?

Seems like Jordan opened up a can of worms about LeBrons weakness and the going left. Kobe exploited it in full. In 7 minutes Lebron was locked down and scoered only a point In the 4th. It's very telling.

To me, it's more about KOBE being as great as basketball as anyone has ever been great at anything on this Earth.

After his 5th title, i decided to just appreciate all of Kobe's individual accomplishments , because OUR Leader is on his last legs at truly being the BEST player

Never in my life have a seen someone guard Lebron like that.
This is clearly why Kobe is in my opinion, the greatest 1 on 1 player in NBA history.

Ive seen him being guarded like that just not as successfully as Kobe did last night, he struggles against smaller guys that can really pressure the ball. For as great as Lebron is he doesn't really have any dribble moves to escape plus like MJ was saying he has a pretty predictable game idk why most teams dont pressure that ball whenever he gets it like Kobe did I know their not gonna be as successful but at least you can slow him down.

It is incredible how predictable LeBron's game is.

Predictability is GREAT when you are dominant, but when you are a bit tired at the end of games and a guy is really AMPED to compete, you can be stopped.

It happens to Kobe when the iso gets Super stagnant and no one is moving off the ball.

Well, the problem is that pressuring LeBron for a full game like that is very tiring. There certainly is a method to limiting LeBron's dominance, but most teams aren't disciplined enough to do so or they don't have the personnel to do so.

Yea of course pressuring any great player will be tiring I mean for stretches of course and especially in the 4th

Of course it means nothing terms of the season but it does mean something when it comes to showing Kobes great defense and ways to guard Lebron. I mean its obvious that in the 4th quarter guys are going hard you think Lebron wants everybody to think Kobe shut him down in the 4th he was really trying to score out there.

When I was watching the game I was thinking the same thing. The first block might not have been called a foul, but the second one where LBJ ran into kobe and Kobe moved out of the way to block it would have been a foul no doubt in my mind, you can tell just how James acted from it he expected a call since he normally gets those even when there isnt a foul.
