Prayers for him and the Buss family. Hope he can pull through. I wonder what Jeannie and Jim are thinking right now.

Magic, we need you to put together a buyout and get this team away from Jim Buss.

THIS was the one thing I thought could make this season worse. Hope it's not true.

Life and death makes trade requests, player bickering, and other issues seem so inconsequential. I hope that the Lakers can at least put together a good effort towards the title if not win it. He may not have another chance to see a Lakers championship. D'Antoni, Pau, Howard, everybody should put away their small issues and work together to win games for Dr. Buss. My thoughts go out to Dr. Buss and family, get better.

Edit: Apparently, the entire Laker team is saying their goodbyes to Dr. Buss. It doesn't look good.

Hope his family is ok but not really sad about Dr Buss himself I never get too sad when someone lives a very long and successful life and is gonna die if he dies now its his time.

The times they are a-changin'... Sad to hear but inevitable given the reports of his health issues the last few years.

Sucks that it takes the Lakers team's owners death for the Lakers team to do good.
