Lakers to make playoffs have to go 20-10 rest of the way

what's the point of playoffs when we're gonna get blown out by the thunder/spurs?
To avoid the humiliation of putting together a "Super-team" that couldn't even make the playoffs in a league where HALF the teams make it, unlike the NFL/MLB where only one-third of teams make it. People won't care about our injuries.

No changes = no improvement = no playoffs.

b) Don't realize that EVERY team, even the Bobcats, go through a good stretch for them. Clippers stretch was 22 straight, our might be 12 out of 15

Been saying it since mid-December. I've seen teams like this before, it's not a playoff situation. And making the playoffs would be equally as painful. This team wouldn't make it past 5 games at the most in the first round.
Sticking by my 35-47 (at the outside 37-45) prediction for the final record.

Sad that your season revolves throwing that in my face, but enjoy.
11-19 or 13-17, isn't so unlikely. I know it's a tough pill to swallow, but this team is no better than that for the remainder of the season.

Offense cannot go like this every single game, Kobe's iso has to be one of multiple plays .. but not the only way ..
We just happen to lose to the better team who were hot-handed.
But L is L in the end ..

They started off so terribly that going 4-3 and coming home only one game better than you were when you left while the rest of the league keeps moving forward is incredibly detrimental to the team.
If they gave it their all every game (the biggest "if" in the NBA this year), this could've been a 6-1 road trip, wiuth the sole loss being the one in Boston. However, in typical Laker fashion this season, they threw away what could've been a big time team turnaround trip and distorted it into another week closer to the drain.
And so many people called Greg Anthony an idiot and other names for saying they won't make the playoffs this year.

LOL no they won't. Both are mediocre teams simply overachieving. My gut feeling: If Houston and Utah stay at the same pace, the Lakers won't make the playoffs.
I think Houston and Utah will probably win at an even greater pace. They've looked great as of late.

What we went 8-3 in our last 11? That's just awful... We turned a positive corner.
We can go 5-1 at least 4 times this season. That's 20-4 so 20-10 isn't out of the question.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often
