Man just saw it finally. Was skeptical of it but man what a story. Basically its about the whole iranian hostage situation and there were 6 americans in hiding. The whole story is the CIA trying to get them out. This defiantly deserves to be in the best picture category. Ben Affleck who Im not the biggest fan of actually did a great job.

^ Ben Affleck's not that bad. You ever seen "The Town"? He directed that one too as well as "Gone Baby Gone".

Yea I like that movie allot. He's just had a lot of stinkers.^ Ben Affleck's not that bad. You ever seen "The Town"? He directed that one too as well as "Gone Baby Gone".

Yea I like that movie allot. He's just had a lot of stinkers.
Not movies he wrote / directed. He wrote Good Will Hunting and directed both Gone Baby Gone and The Town. All 3 of these movies are great. Argo? Ehhh.... I thought it sucked.

I would have been happy with argo, life of pi, or django. Any of those 3 were the best to meWasn't the best IMO.
Shame it wasn't nominated for best director.
