It's a good question.
When was the last time Dwight set a screen for Nash?
Idk.
I believe JVG mentioned it during the game, don't remember what quarter exactly, but it's true. The better screen you set, the more likely it is you'll get the ball back in a great position to score or make a good play.

miami has only lost 3 games at home all year...the fact that the game was winnable in the 4th quarter...last game on longest road trip of the year in that environment against that team...stupid mistakes are the only reason we didn't have a chance to win this game late, only way we'll have a chance is by learning from these mistakes...if they didn't screw up the game in phoenix, considering the injuries, not a terrible trip...
4 games out of 7th place...
utah, houston, portland stand in our way...the thing is, if we win at a high enough rate to get into the playoffs, that will mean we figured something out, and actually have a legit shot at beating 1 or 2

I can't even remember the last time Dwight got a lob period haha
Me neither. Been a long time.
Last one I clearly remember was weeks ago, Nash threw an underhanded lob behind him and Dwight was able to catch with one hand and put it through(not cleanly at that).

Bingo. And honestly even if we get swept in the first round at least we made the playoffs. I know expectations are championship or bust on this team but it would be so much less embarrassing to make the playoffs and get swept than to not make it at all.back to reality...

Earl Clark should be a candidate for most improved player
That fact that he hasn't been doing it all year long, even though it wasn't his fault he didn't get PT, will probably hurt him.
You CAN make the case for him tho.

The record of our upcoming homestand MUST be 4-0 (Suns, Clippers, Celtics and Blazers)
Yup, even going 2-2 on that stretch and you can just about end any hopes.

I hope so but I wouldn't count on it. The only team in that bunch that's terrible is Phoenix and they just beat us last week.

Dwight doesn't like PNR & we all know it's about what Dwight likesIt's a good question.

True but the fact we let one get away against them last week should motivate us. Just like we should be motivated to avenge our losses to Boston and the Clippers this season. If we can't be motivated to go out there and win those HOME games, we don't deserve the playoffs.I hope so but I wouldn't count on it. The only team in that bunch that's terrible is Phoenix and they just beat us last week.
