Typically, I'd come in here and write a book...but with everyone so tuned in on our "average" basketball team, I realize you guys don't want to read too much that DOESN'T have to do with the squad or our wonderful coach.
So, I'll try and make this simple: when discussing these games, and when posting in any topic outside of the Gameday forum (that includes our Off-Topic forum), do keep in mind that we encourage all of you to minimize all personal attacks on your fellow community members.
We aren't going to swing our bats at you for putting any player or coach on blast, as long as you aren't going about it in such a disruptive manner, it's clogging up topics.
I fully understand that a lot of us (most of us...well, all of us) hate the way our team is playing right now. It's clear. However, we can't shift our anger towards our message board community.
I'm actually happy to see most of you guys (as posters) maintaining composure, as a whole, and not hitting rock bottom...but we really don't know what's ahead, and if we end up missing the playoffs, things can go from "decent" to incredibly bad within hours.
So keep in mind that all of us want answers, and we want good play. We probably want trades...some realistic, and some want us to trade Artest for Kyrie Irving. Whatever the case, let's not lose focus, and continue to realize that a community of posters may be managed from the staff down, but is supported from the core out...and I need you guys to cooperate and play your part in retaining our reputation as one of the best Lakers basketball communities out there.

Yup, being frustrated or angry is never an excuse to not be civil with each other.
