Who changed this or how & why did this change all of a sudden?
I know we're not able to delete any & all of our posts, but I thought it had been set in stone that we COULD delete our LAST most recent post if it hasn't been responded to and i tried a few moments earlier in the RT and I noticed the option wasn't even there.
PLEASE HELP and FIX if possible.

Cool, just for the record again, I suggest you guys just do it like the other place, that'd be the best way imo, but ultimately you guys will do what you like so I faith in y'all.

Look guys, you can either delete posts whenever you feel like it, or you can't. The reason for this is because it almost makes you a moderator, of some sort (think about it), and once someone posts after you, you lose those permissions in that ONE thread, and retain them in others.
Well, that's just something extra that pulls the board down a bit.
I believe this may have been a feature a long time ago on IPB, and it's not anymore. There's a modification, I'm sure (and I could probably write something up), but again, it's not necessary.
Fact is, if you have a poor reason to delete all of your posts in a thread, it's likely you're going to make yourself look like a fool anyways, because other members may be quoting your content. On the other hand, if you need to go back to a two-month old thread and delete something, you can immediately, and your options and privacy are important to us.
This is ultimately up to you guys and the other admins, though. That's just my input.

How do you know whether its hard or not. Last I checked, you aren't the coder of this site.
If it gets changed, it gets changed. If not... then you'll just have to learn to live with it. You've said your piece, everyone is well aware of your feelings on it.

It's not hard because Nissan & Real Deal have done it in several other places before & I've seen what the process is like behind the scenes, so I know it's not hard, just a matter of doing it.
