A nice video by the Lakers homepage about the motivation of Robert Sacre, coming off the bench, haha! :)

I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come."

He is a great guy to have on the bench. He has an amazing attitude probably the best in the nba for a guy who doesn't play. He is always ready to give 110% when you need him and he loves just being there. He is the perfect guy to be that bench player/practice player. Really great draft pick really. I mean your likely not going to get really anything for the 60th pick in the draft so if he can help your team by being great in practice and giving a great attitude you earn your spot.
