we need to win. we dont have the luxury of being 20+ games above .500 like the spurs do. we are fighting for a playoff spot. why are we gonna rest our 3 best players??? we still have a chance to win this game.Let's rest our starters ala Gregg Popovich. There is no need to struggle tonight. Kobe, Pau and Nash should sit out and witness from the bench the Gerald Wallace's transformation into a GOAT-type player.

Kobe had electric stim unit on inside of right forearm after shootaround today in New York. Said dismissively it was "a little sore."
Regarding Kobe's sore right forearm, he has shot 42% or worse in each of past four games, including 1 for 14 on 3-pointers.
More Lakers bad news: Kobe Bryant said he has elbow tendinitis on right arm. Was wearing a medicine patch to get inflammation out
Kobe: "It's a little sore. But it's all right though."
All from Medina.

Is Dwight not playing?
No he is not.

Dwight Howard said he is not playing tonight at Brooklyn. He’s feeling a bit better, but still has pain & doesn’t want to re-injure himself.

God dammit. This shoulder injury and back problems. Seriously starting to doubt wether we should put our future in this guy. He is extremely injury prone right now.No he is not.

Right now we have to fight for every game. Spurs have a good enough record to rest there players and take a lost we dont.Let's rest our starters ala Gregg Popovich. Only one year of his career... He'll be fine.

Well actually that shoulder thing could be a carear long injury if he never gets the surgery. Problem is the surgery would make him sit out another 6 months. So even if he does it in the offseason he would be out of shape and have to do this whole getting back to 100% again. I mean right now he is our best option to have for the future. Just saying its getting more bleak.Only one year of his career... He'll be fine.
