Very much deserved. Been the best RB for years and its nice to see a position other than QB win it.

What this guy did this year coming off ACL surgery is unheard of.

IMO:
MVP = Matty Ice. If the Falcons dont have him were 3-13. Not 13-3. And not even 1 fuvking vote shows the media bais to ATL.
OPoY = Adrian Peterson. agree.
DPoY = Aldon Smith.....HELLLLLO MCFLY! IS ANYBODY IN THERE?
CoY = Mike Smith. How the hell does a team go 13-3 and the coach doesnt get a single vote? If GB, NE, Dallas or SF were 13-3 the coach wins unanimously. Madia votes are garbage as usual.
CBPoY = Peyton....agree. Why not Adrian Peterson for this award with the huge sob story over his knee injury??
ORoY = Andrew Luck. Theres SO many reasons why him over RG3. SO many. I cant think of a SINGLE reason why RG3 over Luck for ROY.
DRoY =Luke Kuechly, agree.

Peterson over Ryan and its not even close. And if a QB was going to win it, it was going to be Peyton. Don't be a homer GA.I dont agree with many of their garbage picks.

not close? Vikings were 10-6 and didnt even win their division. What was so valuable about what he did? He ran for pointless yards. Im not being a homer. If the falcons didnt have Ryan wed have won 5 wins at the most. 8 come back drives to win games, a NFL record. Does all that not mean anything.

Vikings were 10-6 being one dimensional...that speaks to the greatness of Adrian Peterson.
Ryan should have gotten some votes sure but he's not the best QB in the NFL.

Thank you windu. Thats really my point. I agree with you. And didnt say Ryan was the best QB but hes getting there. You know I beleive its Rodgers/Brady. But the best doesnt mean "MVP" of the season. Its just straight haterism that Ryan didnt even get a single vote. Its garbage. Sure Peyton had a awesome season to. I'm not down playing him or Peterson. But not 1 vote with his stats, the 8 comeback drives and a 13-3 record. Its all bad.Vikings were 10-6 being one dimensional...that speaks to the greatness of Adrian Peterson.
Ryan should have gotten some votes sure but he's not the best QB in the NFL.
And its not like the Falcons running game tore it up....lol.
Falcons were 1 dimensional also. Defenses knew Matty was passing in pressure situations. Like 80 yards to win games with 50 seconds and no time outs.
Regardless, not getting a vote after a year like that is blatant disrespect. We were 4 points and 11 yards short of a Super Bowl. And SF didnt beat anything, we gave SF the game back like idiots. Next year well be back harder and hungrier. Just like SF/Balt did after they lost last seasons Chip games. Next year Matt Ryan will be impossible for the pricks in the press to over look.

Thanks. And theres another stat Mike Ditka revealed before the ATL/Seattle game. And I cant find it so if you can I'd like to review it more. Ditka said Matt Ryan set a NFL record with 89% of his passes being in the receivers core catch zone. So almost 9/10 passes were catch-able.He def has the statistics:
1st in Completion Percentage
5th in Passing Yards
5th in Touchdowns
5th in Passer Rating
5th in Yards Per Game
Which is ridiculous.
All I'm saying is give the dude a vote or 2. It was haterism to not even consider him at all.

And statistically Vicks season wasnt anything close to Ryan in 2012.
2300 yards
56% completion
13 TD's
78.1% QB rating
Not in the top 10 in any QB categories.
But he received a MVP vote for his efforts to be runner up to Peyton Manning.
"CMON MAN!"
