no...we lost a 18 point lead again..barely beat a mediocre team...i'll take the win, but lakers need to blow teams out. we're not gonna succeed with wins like this.Counts as a W.
No matter how ugly it was. Counts all the same in the standings. Style points do not matter like college football.

Style points don't matter if the team has actually shown the ability to be a good team. This team hasn't. So instead of this being an ugly win, it's a normal win. This is the team that consistently shows up

In 2009-2010 .. we had Lamar / Kobe / Ariza / a better Pau / heck even Farmer ...
So if Kobe is passing .. it takes him sort of out of rhythm .. and if the others are not scoring .. It becomes hard for Kobe to switch to scoring mode. Kobe is not the same player as 4 yrs ago.
And if Kobe is scoring team tends to play Kobeball ... others watch .. then the others do not commit to defense as much.
We need another player who can create his own shot

not happening this year.
Ya he has to get in the weight room and running and jumping again in the offseason. Until he has that chance he'll look like a shell of himself

We haven't seen him yet in this season.
Arguably the greatest franchise ever

meeks?Problem is we do not have many players who can make a play on their own.

stop blaming pau. Everyone was getting dunked on.People monroe got 20 points and dominated the paint. Pretty sure if dwight was here that would not have happened. Pau gave monroe easy dunks.
