Wait a minute, just a few months ago everyone said MWP was 'Ballin', now you guys claim he is done? What kind of Laker fans are you guys? Everyone has bad games once in a while, sheesh.

I was begging for us to trade him when his value was high. To be fair, a lot of Beasley's points were from driving on Puss Gasol. Sick of [expletive]ty defense.

Gasol is a legit 7-1. I'm pretty puzzled what it is about this guy that just signals players to drive hard at him. He might as well be 6-4 when he's standing in the paint. Just an epically bad defender.

Allen Anderson on the Raptors makes ~$900k. He has the green light to chuck in Toronto and he's not that great either but he puts up roughly the same type of numbers as Artest in less minutes. Dude is at least athletic enough to play defense on the perimeter I think. Use the Jordan Hill injury except Mitch.

He was good early on this year, but has recently regressed to last year's standards.
He is 6th in 3pt attempts and shooting .355, which is in Batum-Harden territory, so it could be worse. His defense also has value as does the fact that he ALWAYS shows up.

I think what we need is a specialist. Either someone who can defend the quicker wings as well as PGs (Courtney Lee, Ariza or Corey Brewer) or someone who is a knock-down 3pt shooter - like Kyle Korver or OJ Mayo.

^^Exactly! He definetely shouldnt be on the floor if Pau & Jamison are both out there also. 3 defensive liabilities. Finally Kobe stopped letting Nash run the offense from 6 min mark all the way to 1min mark b4 taking over himself.

What would be incredibly ideal would be to trade Pau for a starting 3 and bring MWP off the bench as the backup 4. I'd like this idea better if Jordan Hill was available this season but MWP has been stinkin' it up lately.

That would be the best scenario, but if you look around the league the aren't many starting 3s that are worth pau or are worth more than pau

The only one is grander but why does Indiana do that deal. They have two bigs already, pau isn't nearly as valuable as granger to them

Batum would kind of be the perfect fit but Portland is laughing by me just saying that.

Pierce is probably worth the risk. Same contract and worst case scenario we let him walk in 2 years
