I was unaware that producer Jim Jonsin had paperwork on rapper B.O.B., but that seems to be the case. It seems that B.O.B. is signed to Jim in some form or fashion – forgive my ignorance – and that’s been a very successful situation for the most part. But, I am hearing that Eminem is looking to get B.O.B. on Team Shady or already has tried. Apparently, sometime in the recent past Em said he would be willing to buy Bob out of his contract for a few milli. But, I am hearing that Jim isn’t with it and may have already turned Em down for the offer. I guess B.O.B. remains to be a hot commodity.

Wouldn't be a bad move for Eminem and his camp at all. Seeing as how everyone is garbage on Shady and can't sell besides Eminem himself. However, I think it would completely screw over B.o.B's career...just look at every time Eminem signs someone, terrible exposure and horrible sales.

Unfortunately that's true haha. Crazy how Eminem has sold way more albums than either two but can't get his own people to sell.

Wayne, Hov/Kanye, & Ross put their artists on like crazy...YM, GOOD Music, & MMG run mainstream rap.

Probably. Personally only can stand Meek Mill and a bit of Ross from MMG. But then again, can only stand Drake & Tyga from YM. GOOD Music > YM > MMG.

I've heard some Cory Gunz but not Kevin Hart no...Hopefully you acknowledge that the overall skill of Good Music's artists completely destroys any and all YM artists.

Disagree. YM is more diverse but if you got YM's best people against GOOD's YM would run laps around them in a battle tbh

Come on man you can't be serious? Do you know who GOOD has...John Legend, Big sean, Kid Cudi, Mos Def, Pusha T, Kanye, ...idk if Jay is for sure but probably. Kanye alone > all of YM. Kid Cudi alone > all of YM. It's not even close.

Battle rap is not even one of the important aspects when it comes to saying who's a better rapper bro. What about content? flow? multis? complex lyrics? social consciousness (Nas, Mos Def, Jay, Kanye) varied subject matter? Sure if it's who's more entertaining to listen to, Mos Def or Drake I'd go with Drake because he's a rapper you bump when you're partying, kickin back, etc. But as an overall rapper you have to look at qualities like that, not who is the "coolest" or most entertaining, or even who can battle. By the way, I stand by saying that in Eminem's prime, no rapper could ever touch him in a battle, and quite possibly was the greatest or second greatest rapper to ever live. But that's for another topic maybe.
