If you haven't seen The Avengers movie for some odd reason then cover your eyes.
I read a tweet and it was a joke but it made a ton of sense.
The Avengers bumped heads at first but then they got along in the end.
I mean Leaders like Nash and Kobe and Dwight and veterans like Metta and Pau.
First of all it took a while for Nash to get there so his leadership was compromised.
Then you have Dwight who can lead boys, but now he is trying to lead guys who have more years in the league than he has even playing the SPORT. Kobe is like Thor, a basketball God and works alone. Nash is Captain America , who is a little out-dated but an effective leader who knows how to get a group together.
The point is, know that the team has found some cohesion and I think now that they have been through a battle together, now they will bunker down and if they stay healthy, I expect this team to be the best team in the West.
My only fear is , the Heat have a Super Team too, and they have more cohesion and also more defensive role players.
So a guy like Haslem doesn't have to make a shot to be effective , nor does Joel Anthony or Shane Battier, but someone like Jamison and Meeks don't have that in them. Even Chalmers and Cole can change games defensively. But if we made it to the Finals, without a tweaked roster, which I find to be a possibility TODAY now that these Super Players have become a Super TEAM.
Remember when this team was compared to the Avengers?

Yes I always thought of the line Robert Downey says to Loki "it takes a while for us to get our footing I'll tell you that much" which is true for us as well.
Though injury and taking 40 games for us to play 17 together as well.

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
