You posted in this topic so obviously you.

You see, this is a common misconception that internet dwellers love to jump on because they think they're being clever when in reality they are not...

Someone on a message board posts a topic. A member posts in that topic "who cares" and someone inevitably follows up with "obviously you do since you posted here." An illogical assumption, at best...

You see, I don't give a [expletive] at all about Steve Blake coming back, he's not going to make an impactful difference on this pathetic team. I let it be known that I don't care by posting about it in the topic that was created in honor of his return.

Alot of other people have made sarcastic posts in this thread about the great Steve Blake, the savior of our team. Accoring to your logic, they all care about him coming back. You know, since they posted about it...

If you didn't care you'd look at the topic title, go 'eh I don't care' and moved on and read something you cared about. But you clicked on the thread, read the thread, and wrote out 'who cares'. You cared enough to read the topic and took the time to comment on it :) and no wall of text is going to change that. You cared enough to comment, and that's all the care needed to give more than 'no' care at all ;)

You cared :)

Small, very small upgrade over Morris/Duhon, just make your open shots.

I'm mad that Dantoni will probably play him 30 minutes a game.. meaning 30 minutes of trash play :(

We are already getting trash play by having Duhon and Morris out there.

If that makes sense...

If MDA pulls a MB with a lineup that includes Nash and Blake, I will go nuts.

People tend to forget how trashy Blake is .. But yeah he's a slight upgrade over Morris and Duhon, a lesser evil. Don't expect anything extraordinary. He'll be rusty as hell ..

When things are bad, people tend to wish for the past situation where it was perceived as the worst. In this case, I am glad to have Blake back in comparison to Duhon, but I won't forget my frustrations with him before. D'Antoni praised Blake for his game, which leaves me to believe that he will get significant playing time, more so than the 13-15 minutes he will play when Nash is on the bench. This only means that yes, we will see a Nash-Blake duo on the court, with Kobe likely at SF. Blake will probably soak up what is left of Jodie's minutes as a backup PG and SG three-point shooter. Defensive acumen does not matter to D'Antoni, only speed and perimeter shooting.

See Blake can actually probably run the offense with our bench unit the way D'antoni wants. If having Nash play off ball is what we are gonna do with the starting unit then with our bench unit he'll probably have Blake running it through his pnr and passing closer to the phoenix style. I think that's what his vision is for Blake. Like I said he'll want our bench to emulate what he ran in phoenix and having Gasol at center we'll see PnR with him and Gasol a LOT.

But that said, I do expect Blake to be rusty and be weary legged first so I don't expect too many minutes for the first week or so.

lol our 4th new season starts Tuesday. First season was MB then it was when we got MDA, Then when nash came back, then when 2013 started come to think of it, it will be our 5th new season. I expect a 6th new season when Morris makes it back in the rotation lol
