Give me Lowry/Fields/Ross/1st rounder and I'll accept.

:cool2:

Lowry, Johnson, Ross would be enough for me.

Dwight
Clark/ Johnson
Kobe/ artest
Ross/ Meeks
Nash/ Lowry

Now if your wondering why I start Ross its because this seasons over. I figure you'd let him get burn so he's a big factor next year regardless of the coach

They won't part with Lowry, he's the solution to their point guard position. Calderon is a FA and is pretty much gone unless he signs for peanuts. And to the previous poster about wanting Ross, not happening either, in his first season, he's already showing promise of being better than DeRozan.

The whole point of the article is that they want to trade Lowry.

Calderon would stay in Toronto if paus there.

And ross is not better than derozan lol.

Gasol is gonna be there till 2014 so theres the incentive for Calderon to resign

Calderon has absolutely outplayed Lowry this year as a starter in Toronto

Why would the Raptors want an underperforming Gasol? This is a pipe dream imo.

Well they suck this year and will probably suck next year. So it could open up there cap for 2014 but toronto is very cheap. I doubt they are going to even go over 70 mill ever so the 2014 FA may not mean much to them

Well, if they want to keep Calderon, getting Pau to Toronto might be a good idea.
I would never take on the rotting corpse of Andrea Bargnani, unless we get an additional "quality" piece in the deal.

It's a pipe dream even though it's been widely reported that the Raptors have made offers for Gasol?

OP's trade is good. We give away Pau and dumb-assed Duhon for a good PG and pieces.

assuming the trade happens (Lowry + fillers), are you all confident Lowry , aka Lakers killer, will stay?
I'm guessing he's gonna be more useful than Nash, but will he be content coming off the bench?

Bargnani and his contract would be the deal breaker, but if they can include their 2014 1st rd pick.....
