Crazy idea that could maximize the Lakers' talent

I mean we never get the most out of all the guys at the same time anyway and there is some redundancy.
So If we Benched our two Champions-in Kobe and Pau
Nash could start the game with Meeks, Metta, Jamison and Dwight.
The two options would be Nash P& R and Dwight post up.
Nash needs a quick rest and you replace him with Kbe.
Now Kobe is the creator and Dwight can get garbage points and easy buckets. Meeks spots up and defends most PGs( Morris or Duhon can handle the ones Meeks can't)
The bottom line is Pau and Dwight are on the floor at different times for the most part and the same for Kobe and Nash.
Clark still comes off the bench too in my scenario .
Now we can easily Bench Nash instead of Kobe. But the point is BOTh get REST, and BOTH get to do their thing without compromise.
Is it CRAZY or Brilliant or a good idea that will never happen?

So... Of our Big 4, I think two should be put on the bench.

"Impossible is just a big word used by small men who find it easier to live the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, It's an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."

Crazy plain and simple. Infact you might want to go have yourself evaluated by a Doctor.

We are struggling enough having them together and you want to pair them ? it would consume more energy than the 4 playing at the same time.. They'd have to make up for the role players who cant even do their job ..
Not a good idea tbh.

Team Nash
Team Dwight
Team Triangle
Nash can run the offense however he wants, surround him with shooters, sometimes Dwight, sometimes Pau, sometimes Jamison/Clark at center.
Dwight can do the same, again surrounded by shooters (Kobe and Nash can also be on this team).
Kobe/Pau can run the triangle with Metta, Ebanks, and Blake, I'm sure Nash could learn his role as well.
Let them play for 6 minute stretches. When each team comes in I would call out what "team" they are now and they go with that offense. So even if Nash is on the court with Kobe and Pau, if it's team Triangle, he just gets to dribble it up and dump it off into the post before cutting through the lane and parking his ass in the corner, turning into Derek Fisher or Brian Shaw. When Kobe is on team Dwight, he turns into Hedo Turkoglu. When Pau is on team Nash, he turns into Boris Diaw and gets to use his ass to set moving screens (literally).
