lol if 17/12 is a "role player" numbers then I sure as hell want role players like himOn the one hand, Howard is just an overrated player, I'd rather have an injured Bynum over this loser any day of the week. This guy can't deal any pressure and he has badly regressed as he is playing as a role player nowadays. Let him go, we do not want these kind of players wearing the purple and gold jersey.
On the other hand, you can't ask Nash to play better taking into account that he's almost 40 years old. Nash is really a defensive liability (one of the several liabilities we currently have) and he is not shooting the ball well, so he is totally expendable.
Blow it up Mitch, and do it now.
Dwight and Nash need to go

Not the right system for Nash? D'Antoni's system is not right for Nash? HuhNash needs to go .. This just isn't his system. If we can somehow get Rondo for Pau, Metta + fillers ..

What he means is it's not his system ANYMORE.
This system is obviously great for him, but a few years ago. He still's still good in it, but he's not elite anymore.

Without spot up shooters/catch & shoot players & Pf & or C that can catch & shoot midrange jumpers off Nash PnR = YES NASH IS NOT RIGHT D'Antoni's current system with this roster. so if we make no drastic changes to get these type players not only is Coach D worthless so is Nash!

Even with D'iantoni coaching the Lakers, Nash just can't be that great PG we were used to see. He had shooters and athletic guys in Phoenix who love to run. Now he has a bunch of old guys plus a 75% Dwight .. It's not the right environment for him.Not the right system for Nash? D'Antoni's system is not right for Nash? Huh
