1. He's a locker room killer
2. He is demanding the ball down low ur a [expletive]ing center get a rebound and get put backs. We never get offensive rebounds it's one shot and done.
3. Hack a Dwight has cost us a lot of games Lopez the other night hit 10 for 10 chandler hit free throws. Dwight can do it but he's so arrogant he doesnt believe in getting a coach or working on it.
4. Dwightmare- the whole season the front office is on egg shells waiting too see if Dwight resigns. They even have turned down pau trades no source just heard because there afraid to lose Dwight and pau
Dwightmare didn't end it's still going on
Nash got outplayed by captain Kirk enough said.
Picture what we could get for Dwight!!!!!
Dwight left the game last night pau took over the paint hmmmm

Jettison D'Antoni (I refuse to call him "coach" considering he has no clue how to do that) first, build a bench second.

In this time especially the Lakers have to be very careful they don't make the wrong, stupid or reactionary deal.
Also, Toronto wouldn't go for that.
You're talking making deals right now when your players are all at an all time low, the worst time to trade or sell stock. You have to be very strategic about this. Start dealing players at the bottom rungs first.

2- Bickerstaff interm coach
3- Gasol traded for youth
4- Jeannie Buss instead of Jim
5- Bring back PJ the triangle fits this team better than this fast paced ish and will help our aging players on defense since they won't be so gased from up tempo play
6- Develop players over time a slow process. Clark, Hill etc

Jeannie doesn't want Jim's spot, she's too smart and knows better, so that won't happen. A quick 5 steps, out of several that need to be taken.
1) Jettison D'Antoni (absolutely the top priority for this team)
2) Hire Brian Shaw as head coach
3) Hire Derek Fisher as an assistant
4) Deal Pau (like it or not, he's your most valuable trade commodity, and I don't put this season all on Pau whatsoever) for a mid-level starter and a bench piece at the 1, 2 or 3.
5) Hold on to Clark, unless a good deal can be found. Remember sell stock high and Clark is up there right now.

I dont think D12 walks but even if he does & all thats left is Kobe Lakers would have to be in a position to spend a lot more in worst case scenario.

2) Fire D'Antoni, let Bickerstaff finish the Season
3) Make Dwight "Available" see what offers we get.
4) Start Earl Clark and build up his value. Trade in the offseason for a draft pick.
5) Look into hiring: Shaw, Sloan, or any other candidate.

Don't watch games on TV and don't go to the games themselves.
I'm telling you if the fans could get together and find one game to boycott, leaving Staples half empty at least, the organization may listen then. But if fans keep going and supporting this trash, they will never get the point.
