He has the numbers, but he isn't making much impact this season. He's still better than most, but there are plenty of centers who are playing better than him this season
I've taken to consideration his back injury. But I just don't think it's worth it to risk losing him for nothing

Yeah there probably loving every minute of it but at the end of the day its all business. Wolves always wanted the two Spaniards together maybe a packaged deal can be done involving Pau and others. Cant help to entertain the idea lol.

That's who you have to gun for.

It may be very unlikely but you have to look at Minnesota and Kevin Love. A team can take an injured player in return, its just up to the receiving team if they're willing to do so. Most teams aren't so willing, but at this point, if you can package Pau and one or two others in an effort to get Love and some more effectual bench pieces you at least have to explore it.

Unlikely, but it's worth a gamble.

This Brooklyn Dwight thing is funny to me. I just kind of want to pat the on the head and tell them to have fun.

I would like to keep Howard but with how everything is playing out I'm not sure if he is staying I would still probably keep him though but...

Howard>Love < that is true but if I can get Love and other younger and better pieces that would def. make the team overall better I at least would consider.

I wouldn't trade him for K Love at all you better come up with something a lot lot better than that! I wouldn't even trade him to tell ya the truth.

I didn't say they were going to get Love for Pau, I was asking if he wouldn't do that deal even if it was possible.

But if he was talking about Dwight for Love, I wouldn't do that trade either.

Let's just be straight here: Dwight STILL doesn't have a lot of options after the season ends, and I don't exactly feel like accommodating Dwight after the season he's given us (and having given up Bynum), and accommodating the Brooklyn Nets . If Brooklyn really wants him, get a third team and get us Paul George and Hibbert, or George and David West. Love is great, but peak to peak, he isn't even close to Dwight. He shoots a high volume of outside shots, which leads to a lot of missed shots sometimes. It would have to be a combination of Love and someone else...Don't think they'd give Rubio. Not sure.

The biggest thing, which I've said in another thread, is that if he goes elsewhere other than re-signing with LA, he will take close to a $30 million paycut. For an 27 year old big man, coming off major back surgery, and will most likely be signing his last big contract in his prime, I don't see him taking that big a hit financially.

Although the CBA has really screwed us so far, this is something the CBA helps us with.

Also, if it comes down to it...Why the hell would Minnesota want Brook freaking Lopez? Not realistic. You will get the most value from a 2-team deal (i.e. the other team would want Dwight, not some random pieces).

Say what you want bout Lopez he better than PAu & with his limited athleticism he finds a way to be effective anyways.,
