Dallas Mavericks forward Shawn Marion has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for publicly criticizing the officiating.

Marion was quoted after the Mavericks' 117-114 overtime loss to Oklahoma City on Friday as saying that ''it's hard to beat anybody when you're playing five on eight.''

More like 1 on 5. The Mavs threw everyone on Durant and that man was not going to be stopped. 21 free throws I believe. A little too many tacky fouls anytime a defender got a litltle aggressive with KD though. The Mavs should be used to this though, Dirk is the king of superstar treatment. During their playoff run, it seemed like Dirk lived at the charity stripe all game.
