Is Howard getting fair treatment from the refs?

I personally think the Lakers have NEVER really gotten the benefit of calls, though last season it seemed to be getting better.
BOTH technical fouls in the game were not UP to the standard , but even some of the offensive fouls where guys flop during rebounding positioning.
I think it's unfair, do you?

Well only one Center is even in the same conversation as Dwight right now and all he has to do is catch Lobs and get tip ins on the offensive side of the floor.Dwight hasn't played like a superstar this season.
BBut, despite this loss, I can't let that ejection slide. The refs were WRONG

First one was him just yelling at the ref for a missed call it was pretty dumb but the second one was absolute bs- After Ron shot his free throw, D12 and some guy on their team got tangled up but he initiated the contact and not D12. It was just awful. Definitely could have cost us the game. Not that were good even with Howard in the game but it's better than not having him.I didn't see the game.

Sometimes, I don't mind a tech. I think many basketball fans feel the same. If a guy is really into the game, and is completely selling out for his team, then I'm ok with him getting a little heated in the process and drawing a tech. You've got to be playing hard, though, if you want a little slack from the officials.

I agree. But the refs were just awful this game there were many other questionable calls. I know that people like to say we never lose because of the refs and believe me I hate using that as an excuse, but if you watch all our games you'll see that one or two missed/questionable calls can be the difference in us winning or losing, given how sporadic our momentum is.Sometimes, I don't mind a tech. Tyson Chandler has had the same issues. It's funny, because the post-seasons where these two centers were given the respect from the officials, Howard sent his team the finals, and Chandler helped his team win a championship. I find that pattern interesting.

Refs have often admitted they simply don't know how to ref games with them. Nothing new.

What is strange to me is that he has NEVER been ejected in his career prior to coming to LA. He already has 2 ejections not even halfway through the season. I don't know if his attitude has changed or if the refs perception of him has changed. I think it's the latter, I don't believe he deserved either of those ejections. Oh well, gotta play through it.
