As Jim Buss rearranges the deck chairs on the Titanic, it's time to take a real look at his lack of success. Seriously, he has made three poor coaching choices. I know, Jerry Buss allegedly hired D'ansmut, but I think this is a parent covering for his bumbling son. The owner for all intents and purposes is Jim Buss, and whenever an owner plays GM and makes bad emotional decisions things never go well. It was his ego that messed up th PJ hiring. All the panic of his many failed business ventures can now be called a track record as this season continues to implode.

That's such a stupid statement. Could Jordan win without Phil? Could Duncan win without Popovich? Hardly anyone has won with a subpar coach with the exception of the Heat who have three legit, young superstars in their prime that complement each other well unlike our nucleus. Kobe and Dwight are superstars but obviously Dwight hasn't been himself this season, Pau hasn't done [expletive] and Nash is clearly slowing down. People would be speaking a different tune if all 3 of those guys provided just a little more consistency each game, because we would be at least the 4th seed if that was the case. Remember Kobe is still having his most efficient scoring season. He's obviously winded a bit and it showed today.
