If this is true, it'd be pretty dumb to hold Mitch accountable to the point where it costs him his job. If the players actually put in the effort to be in a position anywhere close to where they were predicted to be, Mitch would run away with the GM of the year award.

he traded away shaq.... and had a horrible team until 2008 when we got Pau
and now he has assembled this team together with the coach and we are well below .500... with no draft picks no young talent or anything... I applaud him for getting Steve Nash and Dwight Howard I think those were legitimate transactions.. but those transactions are not giving us the results that we need/want...
