Panic-button pushed, punched, hit with a mallet

1. Pau Gasol and Dwight Howard cannot co-exist on the floor and the only logical way to solve this question is to trade Gasol. This should have been done weeks ago.
2. Mike D'Antoni (and Brown) are among the worst at managing talent. Jamison, Meeks, Hill and Clark are just a few of the casualties of their incompetence. They can't do much about it at this point, but if they have decided to stick with D'Antoni going forward, they might as well start finding players that fit his system. This should have been done weeks ago.
At this point the odds of making the playoffs are remote, at best. If they (Mitch and Jim) wants their team to be able to make a run, they need to start making some moves.
A small rant: Why the [expletive] isn't Meeks getting minutes, and why the [expletive] is Morris and Sacre allowed to even touch a basketball. Why arent Clark the starting 4 and why the [expletive] do we keep [expletive]ing losing to weak [expletive]ing teams like the [expletive]ing Raptors? I [expletive]ing hate this [expletive]!

This team is an outright broken failure. There's no crime in admitting the truth. The first step to fixing any problem is recognizing it. That's not panic, that's realism.

We have a lot of old players and no serviceable young players and our stars are under performing outside of Kobe... and the best young player that Mitch brought in was Earl Clark who just happened to come with Dwight...
We have a lottery team record with no draft picks for this upcoming draft and next years draft with pretty much no money till the 2014 off-season ... so we won't be able to change anything about this roster with teams smartening up with the new CBA rules

The Lakers will go on a 5 game losing streak now, this is number one.
What is it, Chicago, Memphis, OKC and Utah next - yeah there's not a win in that bunch at all.
There's already 2 straight losses

Sure, it'll suck to miss the playoffs, but that's not something you 'panic' about. This isn't the Sacramento Kings we're talking about.

I haven't heard word one of anger or some kind of let's get off our butts inspiration from anyone. This team accepted their fate in mid-December and they've let it infiltrate their psyches.
If 6 games below 500 and being the 12th seed in the West hasn't sparked anything., nothing will.
This team has no heart whatsoever, none.
