Just found out I'm going to be attending the April 2nd game when the Lakers host the Mavs. This is only the second Lakers home game I'll have attended. Other one was December 28, 2007 against Utah. What makes it even more exciting is Shaq is getting his jersey retired on this night. Along with Kobe he was always my favorite player growing up. I can't wait. :rock:

Anyone else going to this game?

That will be interesting, given the history between Kobe, Howard and Shaq. Nice to see the Lakers doing this.

I would boo him.If it were up to me I wouldn't even retire his jersey. He has acted like such an ass for too long

Not the best time to retire Shaq's jersey. 5-10 more years I'd be cheering for him, not so today.
