Don't worry according to Mike D'Antoni,

We were just trolling the whole league and having our own extended pre-season.
We are gonna go on a 40 game winning streak. We got this. Our season just started.

In other words, fire this piece of [expletive] and then we can go on one "last" run.

Your post made me LOL dude. We were trolling the whole league. hahahaha

Stop flip flopping jesus [expletive]ing christ. Enough with the damn excuses Dwight and Gasol weren't playing. It's not like anything is gonna change when they come back. We just desperately need to win some games.

Dwight Howard is one of the best players in the league. Best big in the game. Of course he'll change things.

I believe we could do very well if we could somehow pull off a trade like this. http://espn.go.com/n...tradeId=b3oc6ed
A bench with Wall Jordan Budinger Morris Clark Meeks Blake Duhon Jamison Hill (next year) will give us a lot of depth on our bench.

Not too long ago you said we should let Dwight walk (or trade him).

Phill Jackson used to give each of his players a book to read. I think for the Lakers now the best book for the lakers is Henry V by Shakespeare. It talks alot about camaraderie and over coming huge odds. Below is an excerpt that i think fits the attitude we need to have for this part of the season.

"Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more,
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility;
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage..."

If Bynum were here to miss all his games, with our other injuries, we would have 30 losses

The benchmark to make the playoffs is probably going to be around 48 wins for any team in the Western Conference. We're currently sitting at 16-21 after this win against Cleveland, so for the rest of the season we'd need to go 32-13 to reach that mark. Our margin of error is quite slim if we have any postseason aspirations.

Hopefully we make a move real soon that jolts us forward into a winning streak to put us right back into the race.

After a win against the the 2nd worst team in the nba when they didn't have their 2nd best player. Don't get your hopes up too mch. I'm hoping for 47 wins, and that's way to high.
