With so many players hurt, and post players hurt, you would think the lakers would sign a player to a 10 day contract...

And i have the PERFECT player!

Troy Murphy!
He fits perfect into Dantonies system!
he is a stretch 4, who is terrorfied of defense, he played with the lakers last year, and played WELL as a stretch 4.
'
Dude averaged a double double 2 years ago, dude should not be out of the NBA

Lakers would be LUCKY to get him on a 10 day contract.

Scratch that, Dantonie should be HONORED to have a PF out there, that fits his system 100%

There are a half dozen or so other names who would be nice potential fits with these lakers, but, ill let you guys say their names...

All i want to say, is Troy Murphy.
He should be signed TODAY, and starting at Center tomorrow.

Troy Murphy was horrible last year. He was the Antawn Jamison of the team before, and is a walking foul waiting to be called.

How about some eddy curry for a 10 day contract?

I seriously think Troy Murphy is the perfect Mike Dantonie PF/C

There is no need for a 10 day player. You think they could have a lasting positive impact on this team? Please. I'm proud of Earl Clark don't get me wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if he put up 6/5 tomorrow after his huge game last night.

Baron Davis
Iverson
Agent Zero
Starbury
McGrady
Jumpin James Singleton
Birdman
Tony Battie
Brian Cook!
Dampier
Gaduric

Not encouraging. I say grab some guys from the CBA play em and see what oans out. Give Earl Clark, Sacre and the other young guys plenty of playing time the rest of the season, the team will be better for it next year.
