Fans freaking out because he said he wouldn't blow up the team... He's not going to say something like in the media. Lakers never have.

- Injuries are a part of bad record
- Chemistry issues because of injuries
- Team is built to win
- No need to blow it up because it would throw away the future
- Have to win 7, 8, 9 games in a row to build momentum
- Says cant see them missing the playoffs
- Feels that MDA fits the personnel better than Phil
- Steve Nash is part of the reason ^
- He's the future PG for the next 3 years ^
- Says Triangle would have limited Nash
- If Lakers make the playoffs, they're going on a deep run
- Not frustrated from the players because injuries havent allowed them to play together
- Says he loves Pau Gasol
- Says shouldnt base Gasol's season on his shooting % b/c he shoots from 16+ ft
- No identity on D b/c of chemistry
- He sees effort on D but too much transition baskets for other teams
- No need to panic
TLDR: Pretty much blamed everything on injuries.

He's not going to place the blame on the coach nor the players.
Just not going to happen. This is all politically correct things he is saying. He NEEDS to speak in that fashion.
