Probably not. Most of the time they'll de-plane onto busses, and even if they exit through the airport, you'll have a tough time getting through security without a ticket.

Yes its always 8937. The clippers number is 8938.
As for the autographs, its a long shot. Best chance you have is at the team hotel. I know that in LAX they park up at an executive terminal called Atlantic Aviation which is on the other side of the main terminals by Imperial highway.
