Neither CDR or Gerald Green would do [expletive] for this team.

Green is a scrub. Wouldn't make a difference at all. Hell he may have hurt us with how trigger happy he is.

Truthfully, Jamison and Ebanks should be removed from this roster, in any way possible, as soon as their contracts expire OR if we can add them as fillers in a trade.

Since Steve Blake is injured, and Duhon falls in line with the two above (in my opinion), we are required to keep Morris.

Funny enough, I think Clark should be given a shot as a backup PF/SF. He wants to play defense, and that's good. He doesn't want the ball all the time, and that's great. He's not Jordan Hill, talent-wise, but he thinks like him...hustles like him...and I'm okay with that.

I would keep Clark over Ebanks at this point. We can actually run some lineups with him and Hill while Dwight gets rest(if we lost Pau via trade). It wouldn't be an extended period of time thing but against small lineups only looking to drive to the hoop both Clark and Hill could make people pay defensively for it, especially if they blow past Meeks.

Gerald Green's name is being brought up until now? I thought we're over this.

hi ceiling at dirt cheap price with athleticism = would have been better than Jamison but he couldnt have cured all the injuries & dumb plays Lakers make every single gm.

  • Would have made only a marginal difference, which would likely would have not translated into any more wins. Watching a formerly "elite" defender like MWP get torched numerous times by young legs last night was painful. Lets find some guys that can and will play defense.

The way MWP tries to play fast guys out past the 3 pt line is where he gets into trouble. There is no point for him to be that close on guys hips playing defense. this is how he gets beat easy to the whole. he shouldnt be setting up higher than 3 ever on any player. All our guards do it - & thats why teams who run 90% PnR & the rest fast break ops torch LA. team defense is not about having individual lock down 1 on 1 defenders. Mwp, Morris, Meeks, Nash gotta learn this for lakers defense to improve

^Good point. He is not quick enough to recover any more.
