I feel that Nash will play out his 2 year contract in LA, and there were some reports that within the next couple of years the Lakers will have the cap space. Which PG would you like to see lead the Lakers?

Well im pretty sure its 3 year contract including this year and I really wouldnt doubt it if he retires after this season. I wouldn't blame him.

This list is a mix of scoring PG's and distributing PG's, it really depends on what system the Lakers will operate in the future. Although my personal preference is a pass-first PG that can also create their own shot(i.e. CP3, but they don't have to be as elite).

i dont see irving leaving cavs anytime soon, too much pressure on him to not leave after the whole lebron thing, but i would love him as a laker definitely

Kyrie was the one person I would try to pick up. If the Cavs don't not build up a team around Kyrie, like what they did with LeBron, Kyrie would leave. Kyrie would definitely lead the team to another ring, with other assets around him, and (hopefully) Dwight. Sadly, I feel like he will play out his contract at Cleveland.

Jrue a Southern California native would be attracted to play for his hometown team, that would be nice to see, since he's a fast playing scorer. Same with Brandon Jennings.

The question is who will be an UNRESTRICTED free agent in 2014. Will Kobe and Nash retire after Kobe wins #6 at the end of the 2013/14 season? Will Dwight sign after this year? If the answer is yes to the last two questions, there isn't an available point guard in the league that wouldn't want the job. Even Ramon Sessions!!

Maybe Bledsoe. Big maybe. Clippers will likely be unable to hang onto him in 1 1/2 seasons from a cost perspective (someone will offer him big $ as a resticted FA which Clippers will be reluctant to match).

He needs to mature as a player, become more of a facilitator. He is learning from the best- Paul and Billups, so he may get there. He is also playing in an unselfish, winning culture.

But right now, he is a lightning fast, shoot first, gamble on defense/ go for the spectacular play somewhat out of control PG. His outside shot is ok could be better. His court vision is ok could be better. Not sure those things are going to change.

In a couple more years, I can see him as a better version of Westbrook (whose lousy shot selection is his big defect).
