Pau Gasol has no intention of requesting a trade from the Los Angeles Lakers.

"No, oh, that's radical," Gasol said when asked if was considering asking for a trade following the Lakers' 107-102 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday. "I still believe. I still have faith in what we have. I still have faith that I can be a big part in helping this team succeed. Right now, I'm not being able to do that very often."

Gasol finished with just two points on 1-for-6 shooting and sat out nearly the entire fourth quarter against the Clippers.

"It's difficult sometimes because it's not up to me to get involved," Gasol said. "I'm trying, but the times that I am at the elbows are the times that I get more involved and can make more plays from there, but it's not consistent."

Gasol is not seeking a trade, but we are. The Last year Phil was here, remember the playoffs. Last season under Mike Brown and now this season with D'Antoni. I'm done, get rid of him before its too late and nobody wants him. This team needs depth more than anything. This teams talent is too top heavy.

Gasol quote

"it's not up to me to get involved,"

Talk about THAT instead of what Dwight's definition of an alpha male is if you want to talk about something alarming

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

Kobe on Gasol

We're gonna try to get him the ball on the wing and the post more, but he's gonna be getting some mid range shots. Look at him, he needs to practice his mid range shot. He'd better be..."

Really missed Sacre on the bench tonight. Jamison was providing no cheerleading/positivity whatsoever with his down-right depressed-looking face.

yo.
