Im sorry dude but gasol is not being over looked. On a pick and roll he rolls to to the 3 point line while every other big rolls to the bsket. When he is put at center all he does is hang out ot the 3 point line or obove the FT line. He doesn't post and even when he does post he cant score.

It shows that even when in the post he is scoring horrible. He isn't consistant anywhere on the floor.

Even though his horrible offense is bad is horrible defense is even worse. I have no idea why gasol seems to be getting all this defense when its clearly him on so many plays that just let teams score on him. Blake griffin scored on him with complete ease. A not 100% dwight howard didn't even let blake griffin get close to the rim and hill did a much better job on griffin when in. Gasol's defense is one of the worst in the league.

Plain and simple Pau Gasol is a major cancer to this team. It was proved in that 4th quarter come back. He sat that whole 4th exempt when dwight fouled out and we came within 4. Even earlier in the game we got to within 4 point and then he let blake griffin dunk on him with horrible defense and basically ruined that entire run for us. The next possession blake out ran pau and got and easy layup on us pushing there lead to 8 and basically ruining all the momentum we had and the chance to lead.

He has done this time and time again. The lakers will be getting back ten pau will come in and ruin it all. That is why he was sat in the 4th. Thats why he has been sat in the 4th a few time and should have been sat many many more times.

I understand Pau has done a lot for this team but for the past 2 and half season he has stuck up this team with his weak play. After the 2010 championship he lost his desire to win. It's so painfully obvious. He is a major problem with this team if anything the biggest problem.

I can guarantee you that if we were able to trade away pau for a few decent bench players and either had metta(who was also guarding griffin very well) at the 4 or hill start at the 4 we would be a much much better team.

Go watch the stretch where he averaged 5.5+ assists a game - that's how he was being used in the offense
