Cop terminator in part 2.
My reason?
They got lucky they found liquid nitrogen and then just so happen to find a gigantic lavalike pit,
otherwise that thing was practically unstoppable and indestructible.
Even the liquid nitrogen really didn't stop it, it just slowed it down.

yea I was. And when she shot the kid up at the burger joint I was like...damn...[expletive] is bad like Scarface but is all advanced. So I started thinking if she would beat the Cop terminator from part 2 or not.you must have been watching terminator 3 earlier today like I was
I think the chick takes him cuzz she has that laser blasting option thing. And she can control other machines. Drive cars at you, fly jets at you. Shes crazy tuff. But I want her to dominate me

She wasn't an upgrade, she was a new model (her weapon systems were upgrades).
The guy in terminator 2 was a prototype, we never got to see a final version (which I'm willing to bet was badass).
