If the Lakers don't make the playoffs will the team be split up?

Teams like Nuggets, Wolves ,BLAZERS(!), are in front of us! We, a dynasty with alot of history ,passion, dignity and hall of famer. WE, with a squad formed by future hall of famers and a "great Offensive Coach ? " ...
My question is, beside all the crying, screaming, discussions etc... when [expletive] gets real at the end of the season before the post season and we still find us struggeling at the end of the playoff spots and imagine WE FAIL:
Then what will happen with this Lakers team ?
Will we be splitten up? Will Dwight eventually prefers Dallas,ATL over the Lakers? After just 1 year of fail and disappointment ?
Will Gasol be traded for trash and garbage, because of his large contract and the fact that he is a walking wrack ?
Will the bench be ONCE AGAIN retraded for new players ?
Will Mike DAntoni be finished as a coach in the NBA ?
Will Kobe head into his last season with "just" 5 rings, still disappointed not getting any 6th ring after hall what he did this year in 2012-13 ?
What do you think guys ?

I agree about that.it gonna be close, about .5-2.5 game difference

IF we miss the playoffs, i think they'll have to consider all options. Using the amnesty on Kobe might even be on the table...

Of course, I'd prefer if he ask for a trade NOW, because multiple draft picks and expiring contracts are always good
D'Antoni isn't going anywhere this season. Lakers are already paying Brown 11m to stay at home, adding a 3rd coach isn't gonna help them financially

the correct phrase is " Would the team be split up"
the lakers need to either trade dwight or pau. one or the other.
The twin towers concept doesn't work anymore.

-Nobody but D12 himself knows where he'll be next season.
-It's possible given his play this year
-Uhh I guess?
-He's got 4 years in his contract yes? The jury's still out on Pringles. People are just giving him [expletive] cause "Y U NO GET PHIL JIM BUSSS!?
-Possibly, but I think he'll win one more.

If we miss the playoffs? Expect everything and everyone to get dumped exept Nash, Kobe and Dwight Howard
Nash because you don't trade free agents that went out of their way to come to you
Kobe because well Kobe will be a Laker until he leaves the NBA on his terms. Lakers are never forcing him out of the door and its absurd and absolutely ridiculous that a fan earlier suggested he would be amnestied.
And finally Howard because believe it or not his our star for the next decade or so. His going to be face of the franchise...
The rest? Minced meat and free food
