That's a stat that *doesn't* lie and is critical to consider for this season and for the next few, IF fans would like to see Kobe continue playing AND having the team being possible title contenders.
In other words, the current Lakers team should be playing a style more like those title-winning San Antonio teams.

It's not the offense that's the problem, it's the pace. D'Antoni's system is all about spacing and point guard play. It doesn't necessarily require running up and down the floor all the time. But I do think the Lakers should incorporate more post play into this system. Then again, Dwight is very disappointing every time he gets the ball on the block.This kind of proves that MDA's offense is not for us LOL.

Those two losses might have come during Mike Brown era. I'm not sure though.
