Apparently he'll gonna join Twitter. check his official website http://kb24.com/ and click the twitter icon (the bird one) on the upper right side and it will direct you to this acct https://twitter.com/kobebryant And they're saying his PR is handling that acct until he verified...and some of the reporters following it already

Most definitely. I love how Kobe has started to socialize/interact with his fans more and more. I think it's important since he obviously is nearing the end of his career.

In an interveiw he actually said he liked it, the one on one interactions with the fans was something he enjoyed. I love the idea of Kobe being on twitter not only because I am a huge laker fan, but because it alows people to see the side of kobe that the media doesnt really showcase. The joking (with his dry humor at times) and cool guy that the mamba can be off the court.
