Greg Anthony is an idiot. That's what I think.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

even some laker fans dont think we'll make the playoffs. theres extremes of opinion to every topic, i, will bet my lifes savings that we'll win the title this year..

And if the playoffs started today, the Lakers would be watching the playoffs on TNT like the rest of us. I know it's early and things are expected to get better with Nash and Pau back, but the Lakers better start playing better than .500 basketball. With LAC, SAS, OKC (twice), MIA, and MEM on the calendar for January, I wouldn't be surprised if they do exactly that while HOU, DEN, MIN start pulling ahead a few games more.We're one game back of the 6th seed out West. Missing the playoffs is a possibility, we are just now finally seeing consistency with Nash back in the lineup but many things can happen during the season like Nash getting hurt again and missing games something we cannot afford. If we stay healthy and keep playing like we have as of late then we should end in top 5 at least but if we go and perform like we were before then yea we'll miss the playoffs.

Well the good thing is the playoffs don't start in December.
For as bad as the Lakers have played and the things they dealt with: coaching change, Nash injury, Gasol injury, Dwight not being 100% etc, we are still in the thick of things.
I'll stand by this following comment until we are eliminated from the playoffs - The Lakers are the last team any team wants to see in the playoffs. It doesn't matter if they are the 8th or have HCA throughout, this team is equipped for a deep playoff run. While everyone will point to age, experience is key and the best thing about the postseason? No back to backs for this squad.
We are playing better with Nash back and it looks like we have some sort of rhythm outside of that Denver game.
I'm personally enjoying all the hate on the Lakers and doubting from the media/other fans, it will be that much better if we are able to win the title come June. We still have work to do but we'll be there come playoff time.

Yep. For as well as the Lakers have played recently, they missed their chance at winning easy games early in the season. It's about to get a lot tougher.
If they can't win against the elite, they're going to be in real trouble. Even good teams would have problems with the upcoming stretch the Lakers have.

Agree but the way antoni is playing kobe i hope injury is not in the cards. Dont care how in shape you are a body like kobes with that many min playing 40 min a game will make antoni regret playing him.If he said top 4 seed I might buy it, but barring major injury I think they'll make the playoffs.
