The Brooklyn Nets have waived Josh Childress.


Childress, who signed as a free agent with Brooklyn on September 13, 2012, appeared in 14 games for the Nets, averaging 1.0 points and 1.1 rebounds in 7.1 minutes per game.

For someone who appeared in 14 games, averaging 1.0 points and 1.1 rebounds in 7.1 minutes per game. I'm sure we all didn't know..i know i didn't lol.

How long before posters start asking for the Lakers to pick him up?

dude had so much talent coming out of stanford...

that one year overseas destroyed his nba career...
he was not always worthless... he had NBA range... moxie...

add to the list of players that the lakers should have intreast in looking into if they ever create some roster space

He was decent with the Hawks but after he went overseas and came back it all went downhill.
