"The West aint close, now that the LAL got Dwight, who gon stop him on OKC!????" - Chris Webber (nba tv -August)
Big 4s are OVERRATED. you think Nash/Kobe/Dwight cant carry the whole Offensive load!?
(Peace Pau we need pieces, not MettaWorldPieces!!!!!!!!)

what about those games when he and 33 against nuggets, 19 agaisnt mavs? sure he's had some bad games after that but we didn't sign him to be on the bench. and with nash playing we haven't seen what he could bring
Once he got his spot he showed none of the determination, effort, or will he showed in those games to get his spot. And was lazy on both ends and making bad fouls and coasting.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

How the hell do you know that? Mitch and Jimmy work everyday to try to bolster the roster. It is not like after they hired MDA both of them went to Maui for vacation and stayed there.^ FO ain't doin' jack, this is all we got. Just hope for the best, but don't get your hopes up too high.
KOBE. #VINO. BRYANT.

Paus contract is nearly untradeable. If Mitch pulls off something more than a give away with Gasol, he is a miracle worker. We all watch Gasol and none of us would want him on our team, now imagine you had to pay his salary if you traded for him. No shot.
problem is what team we hand him to. Because they will be playing him as the starting 5 which is his best position. So what team would you give him to that it wouldn't come back and bite us in the rear this year is the question.

We are a sub .500 team. I wouldn't be worrying too much about what team he would be on.

Meeks is not a good defenderHe is. Gives allot of effort and plays harder than most people on this team. Defense is allot about effort and he goes 100% all game.

I told everyone this Jamison signing would be dumb and we needed to go younger
I would settle for better.

What do you guys think about a potential trade with Charlotte that brings us Gerald Henderson? He was being shopped a couple weeks ago, would give us a better option at SG than Morris.

Mike Trudell
@LakersReporter
D'Antoni said Antawn Jamison is too good a player to play garbage time. He could return to rotation at some point, but out of it right now.
Dave McMenamin
@mcten
D'Antoni didn't play Jamison in the final five minutes as a respect thing. Didn't want to play a vet of his stature in garbage time

No minutes tonight, more than likely going to be traded if tonight is any indication.

I hope the Lakers don't trade him, I'd like to think the we're better than that.

I'd be very surprised if he agreed to a trade to Charlotte considering what he gave up to win a championship ring here.

It was down to Charlotte and Lakers in free agency. His family is in Charlotte if I'm not mistaken.
