Can't afford to no show. Denver will come out with a chip on their shoulder.

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

You should reach more often ;)

Denver just lost to the Clips by 17 yesterday. Lakers better make it 6 in a row against them.

Tough matchup, the good news is that they also play on a back-to-back but the Nuggets had less time to rest because they played yesterday at 10.30 ET.
The Nuggets are easily the most athletic team in the NBA, so let them shoot outside jumpers and we will win by double-digits.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

Commentators on ESPN said Nuggets players wouldn't arrive in Denver until 4 AM this morning, have to take advantage of their jet lag and lack of sleep.

Won't be as bad for them because the flight is only a couple hours and they are going home.

Lakers need this game though. If we get this W, we have a good shot to have an 8 game winning streak heading into the Clippers game.

Nuggets looked really bad last night, theyre slumping a little bit and they arrived in Denver AFTER we did so they're gonna be more weary and tired than us. Just eek out a win tonight and you put yourself in the top 8 in the playoff picture

Can't remember, but the last meeting Denver wasn't hitting their 3's right? Can't let them pour it on from the outside tonight. Time to start clawing back up the standings..

High P&R, all night long. We will destroy them if we run that and have Gasol facilitating from the high post. The Nuggets are terrible on the defensive end.

yeah we have to take advantage of that.

Denver is gonna come out with EVERYTHING THEY HAVE early. Because they are gonna have a chip on their shoulder from last night and their energy is going to be faltering. I expect Denver to come out of the gate hitting everything. So we had better be ready and not dig ourselves a hole. We got to come out with a mentality to destroy what's left of Denver, if we don't they will beat us handily because of the hole we dug and it's back to square one.

Lots of Lakers fan will show up. This is where having Nash helps. We can't afford to getting into a running game with them. Nash has to slow it down, be patient, and work the offense.
