I think the Denver, Portland, and Houston games are our 3 MOST important games we have coming up and we cannot afford to "no show" against them.
Something tells me Steve Nash wouldn't allow that but we'll see. Kobe wouldn't either but then he'd be the only one that showed.
So we'll see how we do. It's a perfect excuse to come in against Denver flat, we just beat the Knocks, 5 in a row, feeling good, THEY just lost to the Clippers and don't want to be blown out bu 30 against us again. So they'll play with a vengeance. We have to do the same or it's back to square one.
Against Portland, who has seemed to find their groove it's all about how hard Lamarcus Aldridge takes it to Pau Gasol, and how often he's able to. We need to play with intensity and put them away too.
The Rockets are a team we're built to foil but we can't allow anymore come backs.
This next Nuggets game will tell us what we need to know in terms of whether this team is serious or not about moving forward. Cause I remember we went 4-1 and then went 1-5. Let's not do that again.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often
