Lakers with only 11 turnovers
Nash.
I forgot how much better the rest of Christmas is after a Lakers W.

he's fixed some but not everything.
Never said he'd fix "everything" but I said the things he'd fix were the major contributors to our close losses and he has.
Now we can actually start working on things like the consistent perimeter D and stuff like that because Nash fixes all the other crap that was costing us games more than the other things. It's apparent.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Damn right!
Lol I'll gladly eat crow, I don't care. I'm glad they actually managed to win a game on Christmas, they never seem to be able to...

Same. Unlike 90 percent of people on here. I can admit when I am wrong. I thought they would get beat and badly. They didn't. I am happy.

Kobe played 44 minutes though I'm a bit worried
That's the problem when there is no legit backup 2 or 3.

Yeah but honestly, 44 minutes when he doesn't have to do EVERYTHING is less stressful than the 44 minutes prior.
In a way with Nash on the court I don't worry about Kobe's minutes so much because he isn't forcing the issue so much and doesn't have to and doesn't take the wear and tear or stress.
Down the stretch he didn't have to force anything because Nash was able to be the point guard in that scenario and Kobe didn't have to be.
It was probably one of the easiest on him 44 minutes Kobe has played in years. If you catch my drift.

lol he's been playing 40+ minutes in the last 9 games. regardless that's too many it'll wear kobe out. you try to justify everythingYeah but honestly, 44 minutes when he doesn't have to do EVERYTHING is less stressful than the 44 minutes prior.

As I said, I don't worry about Kobe's 40 minute games when Nash is out there facilitating and initiating the offense.
These were probably Kobe's easiest 40 minutes he's had in years. Strictly because he didn't have to force EVERYTHING to happen.
I want his minutes down as much as everyone else, but with Nash back I'm not as critical about them especially in close games against elite teams. Especially given that he doesn't have to stress and expend himself so much anymore with Nash there and can play a controlled pace like he's always wanted.
I have every right to justify something if I have a good argument as to why and I do
You just have complaints because you can't disagree with it.
And I wasn't talking about the last 9 games I was talking about THIS game, so if you're gonna reply to a comment of mine make it relevant to what I was addressing instead of trying to bring in your own stuff to make your argument look stronger than it ever was

He is playing too much. But they will lose games and lose the entire season if he doesn't. Regardless, players statistically drop off after a certain amount of usage and Father Time is undefeated lifetime. Over 40 minutes is too much.

Like I said he'll get rest once we build up that chemistry and start blowing teams out. Will be the best kind of rest he will get. But till then he's needed.
However with Nash manning the reigns I don't worry about Kobe as much as eventhough his minutes are at 40 he isn't tormenting his body as much as he had to when he was running EVERYTHING. With Nash on the court Kobe can finally enjoy being a wing shooter. Know what I mean? And won't have to do every single thing. So they may be the easiest 40 minutes he's ever had in years just because of having Nash there. I minded it a lot more when he had to and Nash wasn't there. Now that he is, watching how much of a load is taken off Kobe, I don't worry "as much" as I used to.
