And also where's the people that said Nash won't fix anything? :smh:

Nash doesn't solve ALL our problems, but he makes us better period. And thats all we ask for.

And also where's the people that said Nash won't fix anything? :smh: Or that our halfcourt defense getting time to set up because of how Nash will cut back on the turnovers that cause fast breaks??? We held New York to 16 in the 2nd half and our defense was good aside from a few hiccups around the perimeter which can be improved.

Fact is we CAN work on those things now since one reason for our turnovers is fixed with Nash running things.

Don't get too worked up. We won 2 very close games with him. There are still huge holes in this team and nowhere near championship material at this point. I expected a loss, happy for the win. Hopefully they can go on a run, but I am still very skeptical of this team as constructed.

As long as we keep winnin im not complaining

I am I think we can get better. I still think we need 1 or 2 moves to win it All this season... Knicks missed alot of fee throws today.. It's a good win very good one at that I seen a couple things I haven't seem all year from this team which are: resilience and heart. They used both today.

We need to keep building on these wins
Laker fan for life.

I agree. They are both winning teams. Both very strong at 3 point shooting. Which I think is one of the Lakers biggest weaknesses. No doubt, big big wins.

That high post set featuring Pau on the elbow has revitalized him the last two games. We've looked very good in that set with Nash's off-ball picks and Pau facilitating the offense. He may yet still have a role on this team if he continues to thrive offensively. Very happy with his aggressiveness down the stretch, both on the post-up against Melo and the dunk off the inbounds. We can live with Pau's defensive deficiencies if he continues to play aggressively on the offensive end. Fewer three point attempts would be nice, not a fan of those.

All in all, a great game for the Lakers. Kobe poured in his usual offensive production, Nash was the offensive maestro down the stretch making the right plays, Dwight was dominant defensively in the 2nd half, and Pau came to life.

5 in a row fellas, and that Nash/Howard P&R will only get better with each game. Very excited.

What a game!!! Made my Christmas complete. I wish Pau played more aggressive all game like he did in 4th Q. He was solid to finish the game

I think this is our coming out game. The intensity was great.

We have a TEAM now. So long as everyone can stay healthy, I think we'll steadily improve from here on out. I do worry about perimeter defending though.

I hope you are right. When I saw this team on paper, they looked unbeatable. It's been a very frustrating start to the season. You do see some sparks of greatness, but they are never sustained. Hopefully can get some consistency and put together 12 out of 13 or something and get this season going. I would still try to make moves, though I think it will be very hard with the current personnel. Anyhow. It's good to beat quality opponents in close games.
