Nash doesn't solve ALL our problems, but he makes us better period. And thats all we ask for.

Or that our halfcourt defense getting time to set up because of how Nash will cut back on the turnovers that cause fast breaks??? We held New York to 16 in the 2nd half and our defense was good aside from a few hiccups around the perimeter which can be improved.
Fact is we CAN work on those things now since one reason for our turnovers is fixed with Nash running things.

That high post set featuring Pau on the elbow has revitalized him the last two games. We've looked very good in that set with Nash's off-ball picks and Pau facilitating the offense. He may yet still have a role on this team if he continues to thrive offensively. Very happy with his aggressiveness down the stretch, both on the post-up against Melo and the dunk off the inbounds. We can live with Pau's defensive deficiencies if he continues to play aggressively on the offensive end. Fewer three point attempts would be nice, not a fan of those.
All in all, a great game for the Lakers. Kobe poured in his usual offensive production, Nash was the offensive maestro down the stretch making the right plays, Dwight was dominant defensively in the 2nd half, and Pau came to life.
5 in a row fellas, and that Nash/Howard P&R will only get better with each game. Very excited.
