Your whole argument was that copeland was younger and he's not. "Last time I checked we need youth on this team"

Chris Copeland? Don't ever call people out on their basketball knowledge. You have lost that privilege time and time again.

You hate stats when they disprove whatever terrible point you're trying to make, then run to them in an extremely limited sample to try to justify your infatuation with a certain player. Seriously?

youth is overrated , skill is underrated. i rather have a 28 year old developed player than a 22 year old athlete who jumps to pass, and then sprints back on D faster than the rest of the team.you know what im sayin?

Kobe and Randle led Lakers lead the team to a 32-50 record. the Lakers select Myles Turner with the 5th pick.

A handful of them, about 9-10 games. He does nothing particularly well and would not be a contributor on a championship team. He is a 28 year old D-League call-up who has shown absolutely nothing to this point that resembles consistent production. Garbage time for the Knicks doesn't count and one outlier game where he went off for 29 points (thus skewing his season averages) doesn't impress me one bit. Unlike you, I'm not going to jump on unheralded player with minimal production at the NBA level and view him as a potential contributor to our team. It doesn't work that way.

You are fascinated by a player who has basically averaged 5 minutes a game this season, mostly garbage time, and you think that he could be a legit contributor as a rotational player on a team with championship aspirations.

So who would you take back in a trade with the Knicks if we had to get amare and pieces??? Pablo Prigoni? LOL i doubt the Knicks are giving up any players that have played significant minutes this season that have made their record so good.. and taking back Chris Copeland in a trade like that I would!... it's funny how the Knicks came back in the Knicks and bulls game last week.. with out melo or JR and were practically down 10+ and he was on the court the whole 4th quarter and ended with 10 points in 10 minutes bringing the margin to a 1 or 2 point game... He is a hustle player that we could definitely use

I usually try to look for players who we could realistically get and wouldn't hurt our team....

Players who I think should be available? It's a pretty short list.

Ebanks
Pau
DJO
Blake or Duhon

I'm fine with everyone else...

i think Jamison will ask for a trade.. and ill cry tears of joy

(MWP is going to keep playing great for us) i think he'll end the season with a 3point % around 38,or higher

Thing about Jamison is, it comes down to aggression. Once he cracked the lineup he coasted. He showed he is still fully capable of huge 30 point 14 rebound like games. If he's just aggressive.

Even at the 3 position when he was taking advantage of post positions and taking guys to the basket from the post he was doing wonderful and it's where a majority of his points that weren't long threes came from.

But then he cracked the rotation and sort of went back to just shooting long threes when he's shown other aspects of his game working!

That bench 3 spot is THERE FOR THE TAKING as D'antoni has pretty much said that it's down to Ebanks and Jamison but that someone "has to reach out and grab it"

If Jamison comes off the bench at 3 and plays productively and aggressively then we're set!!! The problem is once he got his spot that seemed to stop and he went back to just shooting threes again and not going after rebounds. Which is frustrating.
