Loving Metta at PF. I've been a proponent of it for awhile now, and what I've seen of it so far hasn't made me think any differently.

Metta career high 15 rebounds tonight

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

You should reach more often ;)

Impressive game from @MettaWorldPeace, who just grabbed his career-high 15th rebound. Also 19 pts, 4 stls, 2 blks in 32 min.

His 14 rebound game was 7 years ago!

And got his 16th!!

what is the long term viability of playing MWP at pf?

can this work long term?

As long as Jamison plays like absolute crap yes.

only 1 FT all game for Howard???

Meanwhile, Metta at the PF spot has paid divends over the weekend...

Lakers are 2-0 with Ebanks starting at THE SF and Metta at PF

Dwight was 3-3 from the line

And that 2-0 stat has more to do with Metta than it does Ebanks. Lakers NEED to find another option somewhere so Ebanks can sit on the bench where he belongs.

Ariza?

Think a 3 4 combination of Ariza and Metta works?

2 in a row. Lets make it 3 next game. Just gotta take it one game at a time and we will slowly get back to .500 then back to over that. This game made me feel better about this season. Hopefully they can keep this up.
